Key Moments

The early lead never grew, which made the reply before half-time the swing that split the points. After the restart, bookings for Marco Iacobellis and another for Central Cordoba in the 66th minute left the visitors on three yellows without finding a winner. Riestra's single shot left little platform for a late twist. The share of the points was settled by those two first-half goals and a second half that produced cautions rather than chances.

Central Cordoba registered 0.48 expected goals, only a modest edge, and corners finished three apiece. Yellow cards ran one for Riestra and three for Central Cordoba, with red cards at zero for both. It was a draw that the attacking data never really threatened to break open.
