Guidelines and Agreements for Using Our Tipster Services
AltBets offers a Daily Picks section featuring premium picks on selected days. However, users acknowledge and agree that there may be days when no picks are available for publication if our tipsters or algorithms determine no viable predictions.
AltBets does not guarantee the availability of picks on a daily basis. While our goal is to provide daily selections, the absence of picks on certain days does not constitute a breach of service or user entitlement to specific picks on any given day.
AltBets provides a limited refund window for tipster subscription purchases as a courtesy. All refunds are subject to manual review and approval. Eligibility requires that the purchase be within the plan-specific refund deadline (typically 3 days for weekly, 7 days for monthly, and 14 days for yearly plans) and that the purchase has not already been refunded or requested for refund.
To prevent abuse, a single user is limited to a maximum of two (2) approved refunds within any rolling 90-day period. Users who frequently request refunds, exceed this limit, or demonstrate patterns of refund abuse (such as repeated purchases followed by immediate refund requests) will have their requests denied. AltBets reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke refund privileges, and in severe cases restrict or terminate accounts, for users who abuse the refund system.
Outside of the eligible refund window, or in cases of abuse, all digital sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any digital products or services outside the policy. In limited cases, compensation may be offered as extended subscription time or access instead of a monetary refund, at our sole discretion.
Users have the option to cancel subscriptions or accounts at any time. Upon cancellation, access to premium features or services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access will be revoked.
AltBets reserves the right to terminate accounts or subscriptions at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if users violate the Terms of Service or engage in activities that compromise the integrity or security of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, or feature offered on our platform without prior notice.
Prices, terms, and availability of services may be updated or changed at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
AltBets, its affiliates, partners, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Users acknowledge that their use of our platform is at their own risk and agree to indemnify and hold AltBets harmless from any claims arising out of their use of the platform.
Our platform offers predictions and tips related to sports betting. While we do not host a gambling site, users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to engage with our services. By using our platform, users affirm that they meet the legal age requirements to participate in sports betting activities in their respective regions. We do not verify age, and it is the user's responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations regarding age restrictions for engaging in activities related to sports betting or predictions.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through notifications on our platform. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the Terms of Service for any changes.
